We seek candidates who are dedicated to inclusion and have a clear interest in being part of the richness of diversity that the New Bedford Public Schools community has to offer.</p> <p>Job Goal: To ensure the smooth, safe, and efficient daily operations of New Bedford High School by supporting the coordination of facilities, safety, logistics, and operational systems in a way that maximizes instructional time, supports staff effectiveness, and promotes a welcoming, well-organized learning environment for all students.</p> <p>PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: Assessment:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee Assessment Calendar & Execution of Testing </li><li>Ensures that the assessment calendar is followed for PSATs, MCAS, MCAS retakes, and ACCESS testing </li><li>Coordinates and executes all mandated components of state testing </li><li>Analyzes data and provides reports to the Manager of Operations & Principal </li></ul> <p>Operations:</p> <ul> <li>Assist with management of the grading calendar: progress reports, report cards, and grade verifications; </li><li>Assists with systems for onboarding new staff members as it relates to room keys, technology needs, ASPEN, etc.. </li><li>Assists with systems for room and school usage requests (school based and community requests) </li><li>Assists with food service department needs </li><li>Assists with supply requests </li><li>Assists with school construction - improvement projects </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned by the Manager of Operations or Principal </li></ul>
