This role is responsible for leading production teams, ensuring safe and efficient operations, maintaining food safety and quality standards, and driving continuous improvement across the production floor.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead daily shift operations to meet production, safety, quality, and food safety goals. </li><li>Coordinate staffing, schedules, line startups/shutdowns, changeovers, and workflow execution. </li><li>Ensure GMP, sanitation, allergen, and regulatory compliance throughout operations. </li><li>Monitor production performance, downtime, waste, and operational efficiency metrics. </li><li>Troubleshoot production, equipment, and quality issues while driving corrective actions. </li><li>Support hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, and employee development. </li><li>Partner cross-functionally with Quality, Maintenance, Sanitation, Warehousing, and Planning teams. </li><li>Lead shift communication, team huddles, and continuous improvement initiatives. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred. </li><li>5+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in food, beverage, dairy, aseptic, or high-speed packaging environments. </li><li>2-5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing. </li><li>Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. </li><li>Knowledge of GMP, food safety, sanitation, and regulated manufacturing environments. </li><li>Mechanical aptitude and experience with manufacturing equipment and production systems preferred. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP/HMI systems preferred. </li></ul> <p>Salary Description</p> <p>$75,000 to $95,000</p>
