<p>Kforce has a client that is seeking a Program Manager in Lake Forest, IL.</p> <p>Summary: The Program Manager will lead large-scale IT transformation initiatives, ensuring strong governance, disciplined execution, and alignment to business strategy. This role partners with IT leaders, transformation functions, finance, and business stakeholders to deliver complex, multi-workstream programs with predictable outcomes, executive transparency, and measurable value.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Establish and enforce program governance, standards, and delivery discipline </li><li>Manage end-to-end program planning, milestones, dependencies, and scope </li><li>Ensure consistent delivery practices across Agile, SAFe, and hybrid models </li><li>Identify and manage risks, issues, and decision escalation with clear recommendations </li><li>Deliver executive-level reporting on progress, KPIs, risks, and trade-offs </li><li>Drive stakeholder alignment across IT, business, and transformation teams </li><li>Oversee financial tracking, forecasting, resource planning, and value realization </li><li>Support enterprise transformation initiatives and continuous improvement efforts* 7-10+ years of IT program or project management experience </li><li>Proven success managing large, complex programs ($20M+ budgets) </li><li>Hands-on experience with Agile and SAFe delivery frameworks </li><li>Strong governance, financial, and executive communication skills </li><li>Experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders </li></ul> <p>Preferred Experience:</p> <ul> <li>SAFe or Agile certification </li><li>Background supporting enterprise or transformation office initiatives </li><li>Experience in regulated or complex enterprise environments </li></ul>
