Must have prior knowledge and experience in Accounts Payable and Receivables, payroll and attendance processes. Banking experience and experience with MUNIS is desirable. Applicant must be able to work with minimal amount of supervision and a high level of accuracy.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Work and communicate with vendors </li><li>Verify accuracy of deliveries and invoices </li><li>Assist with budget and salary projects when needed </li><li>Purchase Orders </li><li>Accounts Payables </li><li>Accounts Receivables </li><li>Assist with Payroll </li><li>Handle state of Massachusetts's tax tracking program </li><li>Verify School Lunch on-line payments </li><li>Verify daily cash deposits from 6 Methuen schools </li><li>Any other duties as assigned </li></ul>
