<p>Catholic Charities is seeking a full time (35 hours per week) Client Care Specialist</p> <p>POSITION SUMMARY</p> <p>Position supports behavioral health operations at clinic locations, managing client access to mental health and other treatment services. Customer service skills, computer skills and navigating electronic medical records are provisions of the position. Position requires flexibility in working within a team environment to support clients, managers, and clinical staff. The Client Care Specialist reports to the Office Manager of the location. IHF Client Care Specialists report to the location's Practice Manager.</p> <p>GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <p>Customer service to internal and external customers/clients.</p> <p>Assist clients to feel welcome and supported in a confidential manner.</p> <p>Must remain calm and composed in a high paced environment when working with the general public.</p> <p>Must be able to request payment of fee(s) in a business-like manner without embarrassment or exerting pressure.
