This role is key to ensuring production lines run smoothly while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.</p> <p>Your Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Safely operate hoists, conveyors, and other machinery </li><li>Troubleshoot machine issues and involve maintenance when necessary </li><li>Complete and record all required quality checks </li><li>Print labels and fill out documentation as needed </li><li>Ensure smooth shift handover and changeover processes </li><li>Work with multiple computer programs to manage operations </li><li>Occasionally work in a cornstarch dust environment </li><li>Remain on your feet, standing and walking for extended periods </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 2 years of recent machine operator experience </li><li>High school diploma or GED </li><li>Must pass a math test </li><li>Strong mechanical aptitude </li><li>Proficiency with computer programs to operate machines </li></ul> <p>The services you offer are not without uplifting benefits to show our appreciation for your time and energy!
