<p>Job Title: Alumni Engagement Manager - Advancement</p> <p>Location: Welcome Center</p> <p>Position Type: 12-Month/Part-Time/29 Hours Per Week/Non-Exempt</p> <ul> <li>CHCA Alumni with a passion for CHCA's Christ-centered education. </li><li>Community builder and spiritual leader. </li><li>Demonstrates a growth mindset. </li><li>Creative thinker with a collaborative spirit. </li><li>Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities. </li><li>Comfortable speaking to groups and representing the school publicly. </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree required; background in communications, education, or nonprofit management preferred. </li><li>3+ years of experience in alumni relations, advancement, or related field. </li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a heart for Christian service. </li><li>Experience with event planning, donor stewardship, and database management. </li><li>Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed for events and outreach. </li></ul> <p>DESCRIPTION</p> <p>Key responsibilities will focus on building and strengthening relationships between our school and our CHCA Alumni. The Alumni Engagement Manager will foster a strong sense of community among our alumni and encourage connection with our school community. The person selected for this work will develop and implement strategies to engage alumni through events, effective and targeted communications and volunteer opportunities, fully aligned with our school's mission and strategic goals.</p> <p>RELATIONSHIP BUILDING and INSPIRE CONNECTION</p> <p>Connect our Alumni back home to CHCA and with their CHCA Community in a way that feels like family.</p> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with alumni across generations. </li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for alumni seeking to reconnect. </li><li>Recruit and support alumni volunteers, class representatives, and establish a structure for networking and connectedness within our Alumni community. </li></ul> <p>STRENGTHEN FAITH BASED ENGAGEMENT WITH OUR ALUMNI</p> <ul> <li>Integrate spiritual development into alumni programming, including prayer groups, retreats, service and mentorship opportunities. </li><li>Foster continued spiritual growth within our alumni to live out their faith and CHCA's mission to Learn, Lead, Serve in their personal and professional lives. </li></ul> <p>COMMUNICATIONS and OUTREACH</p> <ul> <li>Create compelling alumni-focused content for newsletters, social media, and the school's website. </li><li>Collaborate with the Communications team to promote alumni stories and events. </li><li>Maintain and update alumni databases with accurate contact and engagement information. </li></ul> <p>EVENT PLANNING and VOLUNTEER ENGAGEMENT</p> <ul> <li>Plan and execute an alumni calendar of events such as reunions, homecoming, speaker series, and service projects. </li><li>Coordinate with faculty, staff, and volunteers to ensure events reflect CHCA's mission, values and community spirit. </li></ul> <p>CHCA is an Equal Opportunity Employee.
