<p>The Department of Media Arts at Rider University seeks an adjunct instructor of Film & TV for the Spring 2026. This position is to teach FTV 399: The Cooperative Experience, which is taught in Los Angeles as part of Rider's Semester in Los Angeles Program. This course supports students completing professional internships and emphasizes mentorship, administrative oversight, and experiential learning assessment. The position requires strong organizational abilities and significant professional experience in the film and television industry. </p> <p>Salary is $4,133.31 for a 3 credit course.</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Film, Television, Media Studies, Communication, or a closely related field. </p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in film, television, or a related media industry.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated organizational, administrative, and communication skills. </p> </li><li> <p>Satisfactory background and/or DMV checks required.</p> </li><li> <p>Prior teaching experience at the collegiate level, particularly in internship, co-op, or practicum settings. </p> </li><li> <p>A strong professional network within the regional film and television industry. </p> </li></ul>
