As the Vice President of Enrollment Management, you'll lead our admissions and student success teams, making sure students not only start their journey with us but thrive along the way. You'll oversee the entire enrollment process, ensuring students land in programs that fit their goals while keeping operations efficient and compliant. If you're a strategic leader who loves shaping the future of higher education, this is your moment.</p> <p>Essential Job Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Lead, mentor, and energize the Admissions and Student Success teams to create a seamless, student-centered enrollment experience. </li><li>Partner with marketing to craft bold, data-driven recruitment strategies that attract students who thrive at Sullivan University. </li><li>Collaborate with institutional effectiveness to ensure decisions are backed by strong data and analytics. </li><li>Foster a culture of accountability, using evidence-based strategies to improve enrollment outcomes. </li><li>Oversee the recruitment, training, and professional growth of the Admissions and Student Success teams, ensuring they're equipped to excel. </li><li>Align the operations of Admissions and Student Success with the university's enrollment goals to drive retention and student success. </li><li>Evaluate and refine recruitment efforts, ensuring strong ROI and sustainable growth. </li><li>Develop and communicate a forward-thinking enrollment vision that prioritizes excellent customer service, transparency, and measurable results. </li><li>Inspire and lead high-performing teams to meet and exceed enrollment goals. </li><li>Craft and implement a strategic enrollment management plan that balances big-picture vision with immediate action. </li><li>Engage faculty and university personnel in enrollment initiatives, building a collaborative approach to student success. </li><li>Use predictive analytics and data modeling to anticipate trends and make informed enrollment decisions. </li><li>Ensure full compliance with state and federal regulations </li><li>Stay ahead of industry trends, always looking for new and innovative ways to recruit, retain, and support students. </li><li>Assess and enhance the technology and information systems used in enrollment management to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. </li><li>Champion a welcoming, inclusive environment that supports a diverse population of people, skillsets, ideas, and interests. </li><li>Serve as the key decision-maker and problem solver for all enrollment-related challenges. </li><li>Keep university leadership in the loop by reporting on key enrollment metrics, trends, and strategies. </li><li>Harness the power of technology and data-driven insights to develop and achieve enrollment objectives. </li><li>Develops and leads training programs that keep Admissions and Student Success teams sharp, motivated, and ready to support students. </li><li>Tackles other duties as needed, because no two days are ever the same in the world of enrollment management! </li></ul> <p>Requirements of the position include:</p> <ul> <li>A master's degree (or higher) in your back pocket. </li><li>At least 10 years of experience in a proprietary college enrollment management department, with 5 of those years in a leadership role. Bonus points for multitaskers! </li><li>If your mix of education and hands-on experience is the right blend, we're all ears. </li><li>Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for building relationships. </li><li>A cool head under pressure. If you can handle pressure with grace and adaptability, you're our kind of person. </li><li>The ability to juggle multiple projects while hitting deadlines like a pro. </li><li>Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when needed to support the team (we know the student dreams don't always stick to 9-5). </li><li>Strong leadership, customer service, organizational, and people skills are a must, along with a solid commitment to ethical practices. </li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and enrollment management tools like Velocify, Campus Nexus, and Mainstay. </li><li>And yes, you'll need to be comfortable sitting and standing for long stretches-this role requires some stamina! </li><li>The ability to hear and speak clearly enough to communicate with students, faculty, and staff both in person and over the phone. </li></ul> <p>This job description outlines the key responsibilities for the position, but it's not an exhaustive list.
