We're delighted you're considering joining us!</p> <p>The Banking Operations Associate is part of a team that will be responsible for providing primary client support for all products and services utilized by Business Banking clients, including, but not limited to, ACH, Remote Deposit, internet banking and Positive Pay.</p> <p>Work Model: This position is primarily remote, with a requirement to attend in-office departmental meetings twice a month at either our Leawood, KS, Madison, WI, or Brookfield, WI locations.</p> <p>Essential responsibilities of the Banking Operations Associate:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Business Services Expertise</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrate expertise in online banking, ACH, remote deposit control and other commercial services offered to bank's business clients at product level.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to onboard clients with more complex setups utilizing multiple products while still meeting department SLAs.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with maintaining and developing procedures for the department.</p> </li><li> <p>Client Support</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to obtain information from a client in a succinct manner enabling the Associate to deliver an exceptional client experience during any interaction with all clients.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to interact in a timely manner with internal clients and teams as well as external.</p> </li><li> <p>Problem solve for more complex questions and issues from clients.</p> </li><li> <p>Multi-tasking</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to perform setups and training for clients across all products that can sometimes be complex while still participating in covering the phones for the department and helping co-workers with tasks as necessary, including assisting with questions and training of Treasury Support Associate I employees</p> </li></ul> <p>The successful candidate should have:</p> <ul> <li>Associates degree or equivalent in related work experience </li><li>2-4 years of banking operations experience </li><li>Ability to speak clearly and listen to clients concerns to troubleshoot. </li><li>Proven ability to learn new technology and systems </li></ul>
