Duties include intake evaluations, biopsychosocial evaluations, individual and group counseling, recovery planning, including treatment plans and ensuring that all appropriate documentation and clinical notes are completed in the patient charts within the required timeframe. Knowledge and acceptance of medication assisted treatment (MAT) is required.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li>Provides direct client services including individual and group counseling for a caseload. </li><li>Maintains timely& accurate documentation in client files, including individual and group progress notes, treatment plans, discharge summaries, aftercare plans as well as related client correspondence. </li><li>Ensure all notes, releases of information, intake paperwork, including ASAM and treatment plans are filed in chart and up to date Ensures confidentiality with all cases. Coordinates services with all patients' ancillary services. </li><li>Meets productivity targets set in collaboration with the program manager. </li><li>Ensures accurate billing. </li><li>Provides expert consultation to staff and community on women with addictive and psychiatric disorders. </li><li>Attend weekly staff and clinical supervision meetings to present issues and collaborate with the treatment team. </li><li>Coordinates services for mothers in the program to ensure appropriate childcare services are available. </li><li>Coordinates psychiatry and case management services for all patients on caseload. </li><li>Participate in treatment team meetings. Compensation for this grade ranges from $ 41,120.00 to $61,680.00 per year.
