The Office of Digital Product Management will drive adherence to the Digital Product Management Standard via</p> <p>execution of cross functional sector wide governance for all digital assets.</p> <p>Role is responsible to ensure that all digital assets have a defined product strategy in alignment with Digital strategy, and that all investments as well as on-going Lifecycle management costs are quantified and being managed.</p> <p>What will be your main priorities?</p> <p>Develop & execute the Digital Product Management capability Model:</p> <ul> <li>Define & maintain the operating standard for Supply Chain Digital Product Management </li><li>Define and maintain the Business Product Owner Role & capability </li><li>Define and manage the Technical Product Owner Role & capability in partnership with JJT </li><li>Define Business Process Decomposition for all aspect of the Office of Digital Product Management o Develop & Deploy Operating Standards for Key Processes (e.g. DPM Playbook, Agile methodology, Scaled Agile Methodology, Design System) </li></ul> <p>Lead the Supply Chain Office of Digital Product Management:</p> <ul> <li>Develop a cross functional governance model to ensure consistency in Digital Product Management across all functions </li><li>Owns DPM standards (e.g. DPM Playbook, Agile methodology, Scaled Agile Methodology, Design System) </li><li>Lead DPM Community of Practice to ensure DPM standards are adhered to. </li><li>Drive Continuous Improvement of the Digital operating model across all facets including Data, Technology, Data Science and Cross Functional Digital Produce Management </li></ul> <p>Develop & Deploy Digital Stage-gate Model that covers the entire Digital product lifecycle:</p> <ul> <li>Ideation through Minimum Viable Product and POC </li><li>Innovation Boundaries and integration point with Portfolio (intake, etc) </li><li>Lifecycle management (maintenance, investment, etc) · Decommisioning </li></ul> <p>Drive Digital Product Management Model Process & Standards Adherence:</p> <ul> <li>Drive Supply Chain Adherence to Digital Operating Model Governance forums, processes and standards (e.g. DPM Playbook, Agile methodology, Scaled Agile Methodology, Design System) </li><li>Ensure that all Digital Activities across the Supply Chain are executed in alignment with process standards </li></ul> <p>What do we expect from a strong candidate?</p> <ul> <li>7+ years of experience in digital product portfolio management, PMO management or a related field, with a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry. </li><li>In-depth understanding of agile methodologies, hub and spoke model or similar federated models </li><li>Familiar with Industry Standards related to Data and IT management in the pharmaceutical industry </li><li>Proven experience setting up Digital Product Management practice at the global scale </li><li>Expert level understanding of Digital/IT product lifecycle and ability to measure its maturity at various stages </li><li>Strategic product and portfolio management </li><li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data- related concepts to various stakeholders. </li><li>Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. </li></ul> <p>The anticipated base pay range for this position is :</p> <p>Additional Description for Pay Transparency:</p> <p>The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
