<p>Position Summary:</p> <p>To perform all functions of delivery of products to customers to the highest of Herbruck's quality standards.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Assist in loading of trucks at the stores</p> </li><li> <p>Deliver product to customers with excellent customer service</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain high quality customer service relations with dairy managers.</p> </li><li> <p>Take inventory of dairy case upon request</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain truck cleanliness and in good operating conditions</p> </li><li> <p>Other duties as assigned by management</p> </li><li> <p>Perform daily DOT inspection of equipment</p> </li><li> <p>Comply with FMCSA rules and regulations for DOT hours of service and compliance</p> </li><li> <p>Comply with Herbruck's and DOT policies and required training</p> </li><li> <p>Other duties as assigned</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Must be at least 21 years of age</p> </li><li> <p>Valid CDL-A preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience driving 53' Trailer</p> </li><li> <p>Be able to proficiently read and speak the English language</p> </li><li> <p>Good communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>2 years' experience driving truck, delivery experience preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Willing to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays as assigned</p> </li><li> <p>Physical ability to perform essential functions of the job, able to work with birds directly</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to comply with the strictest standards for animal welfare and to report incidents of abuse neglect, or breach of bio-security to preserve the health and welfare of our birds.</p> </li><li> <p>Does not own or maintain routine contact with swine, birds or cattle.</p> </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to remain standing and/or walking for extended periods of time.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to stoop, bed, climb push and lift up to 55 lbs and occasionally 100lbs.
