<p>Exercise some judgment to comply with instructions and established procedures in performing a sequence of operations.</p> <p>Education and Experience</p> <p>High school education and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience.</p> <p>One year of experience in food services.</p> <p>Must have a valid driver's license.</p> <p>Skills and Knowledge</p> <p>FOR CONSIDERATION FOR THIS POSITION, PLEASE COMPLETE AN ONLINE APPLICATION.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Assist with the physical arrangement for functions and events, such as setting up stands, tables, chairs, and table settings.</p> <p>Gather food, equipment and supplies for delivery to functions.</p> <p>Load, unload and operate vans and trucks used in delivering food and supplies to campus.</p> <p>Receive and check deliveries against invoices and move items to proper sites.</p> <p>Rotate stock for proper usage.</p> <p>Clean up after functions including washing and storing dishes and packing up unused food and supplies.</p> <p>Assist in preparation and serving of food when necessary.</p> <p>Assist in maintaining a clean and orderly area by cleaning and maintaining stands, vending rooms, loading docks, freezers, coolers, storeroom and storage areas.</p> <p>Take inventory.</p> <p>Physical Requirements</p> <p>On a daily basis standing, bending, stooping, walking and lifting of items that weigh 15-160 pounds.</p> <p>Tools/Equipment</p> <p>Operate a variety of equipment including truck, van, electric pallet jack, beer/soda line cleaner, dishwasher, food slicer, etc.</p> <p>Application Instructions</p> <p>In addition to completing an online application, please attach a resume and cover letter.</p>
