This role requires a strong background in plant management, profit and loss (P&L) control, and technical engineering. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving efficiency, improving productivity, and ensuring the highest quality standards.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing professionals to achieve operational excellence. </li><li>Analyze and optimize value streams to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency. </li><li>Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and managing P&L to ensure profitability. </li><li>Implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to enhance manufacturing processes. </li><li>Ensure that all products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. </li><li>Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies. </li><li>Work closely with other departments, including engineering, supply chain, and quality, to ensure seamless operations. </li><li>Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, financial metrics, and improvement initiatives to senior management. </li></ul>
