<p>As an Anaplan Sr. Associate, you'll perform advisory and implementation services to address business needs throughout client organizations for the Transformation Practice - all with the resources, environment, and support to help you excel.</p> <p>From day one, you'll be empowered by the greater Transformation team to help clients make the moves that will help them achieve their vision and help you achieve more, confidently.</p> <p>Your day-to-day may include:</p> <ul> <li>Assist in full life cycle implementations including planning, design, & build phases </li><li>Responsible for documenting business requirements, system design and transformational goals </li><li>Configure applications and conduct iterative unit testing </li><li>Help to create training materials and quick reference guides to support user adoption </li><li>Conduct training classes to prepare end users for deployment </li><li>Provide post-production support </li><li>Participate in full life cycle implementations </li><li>Assist in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures </li><li>Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization) </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>You have the following technical skills and qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR, Information Technology, MIS, or related field required, Master's degree is a plus </li><li>Minimum 3 years of related work experience in a similar consulting practice or function servicing cross-industry clients at a national level </li><li>Minimum of 2 full life cycle implementations of Anaplan </li><li>Industry recognized professional certification required </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Knowledge of software development lifecycles, key metrics, and reports </li><li>Experience with application integration & back-end data connectivity applications </li><li>Experience installing/configuring/implementing Infor Applications </li><li>Exposure or training on Anaplan Applications </li><li>Knowledge of Anaplan Applications </li><li>Proven ability delivering complex and time sensitive projects </li><li>Strong leadership skills, able to conduct meetings and write technically oriented documents </li><li>Able to work with clients to understand current state processes and define future state processes based on business objectives </li><li>Can travel as needed. Expected travel is up to 40% </li><li>Consistent with the firm's hybrid work model, this position will require in-person attendance at least two days per week, either at a GT office or client site </li></ul>
