Under the general supervision of the Patient Access Manager, this position performs imperative duties, which may include, but not limited to appointment scheduling, registration, transcribing orders, insurance verification, telephone coverage, data entry, filing protected health information (PHI), patient referrals, and payment collection, while maintaining patient relations, customer satisfaction, and Dayton Children's Hospital financial solvency.</p> <p>Department Specific Job Details:</p> <p>Shift:</p> <ul> <li>(2) 8-Hour shifts per week </li><li>4pm-12:30am </li><li>Every 3rd weekend rotation </li><li>Holiday rotation (1 major and 1 minor per year) </li><li>Will float to Main, South, Huber and Mental Health Center Springboro </li></ul> <p>Education</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED (required) </li></ul> <p>Experience</p> <ul> <li>1-3 years of customer service, administration or data entry (required) </li><li>Healthcare background (preferred) </li></ul> <p>Education Requirements:</p> <p>GED, High School (Required)</p> <p>Certification/License Requirements:</p>
