Candidates must drive UX strategy and program management for complex, data-heavy workflow products, ensuring seamless delivery across multi-team roadmaps.</p> <p>Rate Range: $64/hour to $68/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.</p> <p>Sr UX Program Manager job responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead UX strategy and program management for complex, data-heavy workflow products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and maintain multi-team roadmaps, driving measurable outcomes across platform, data, and security domains.</p> </li><li> <p>Design and execute change management strategies, including rollout plans, communications, and training to enable adoption across large, distributed organizations.</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct user research (interviews, co-design sessions, usability testing) and apply findings to improve IA and content design for expert users.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Security CSO) and POCL teams, to translate policies into intuitive product behaviors.</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee UX deliverables using tools like Figma, FigJam, Jira/Confluence, ensuring quality and consistency throughout the product lifecycle.</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's or master's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design, or a related field.</p> </li><li> <p>8+ years in UX/Product Design with a strong portfolio in Figma showcasing complex, data-heavy workflow products, plus 3-5+ years in program management within technical domains.</p> </li><li> <p>Proven experience in Agile program management, multi-team roadmap delivery, and measurable impact in technical environments (platform, data, or security).</p> </li><li> <p>Expertise in user research, IA, and content design for expert users, with strong collaboration skills across security and compliance stakeholders.</p> </li></ul> <p>If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
