Our community is strong because of this.</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>The School of Business and Technology at Holy Family University is seeking a qualified adjunct instructor to teach SPMM-420 Legal Issues in Sport on Monday, Wednesday, & Friday from 9:15 AM - 10:15 AM. The course will be held in the Fall 2026 semester beginning on - 8/31/2026 through 12/21/2026 on the Northeast Philadelphia Main Campus. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports, demonstrated expertise in legal issues in sports, and a passion for engaging and inspiring students.</p> <p>All employees must understand the mission of Catholic higher education and be committed to the core values, mission, goals and objectives of Holy Family University.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Responsibilities include but are not limited to</p> <ul> <li>Maintain academic excellence in the classroom. </li><li>Conduct face to face classroom instruction following the University's academic standards and guidelines. </li><li>Facilitate active learning experiences and practical exercises to enhance student comprehension and application of technology concepts. </li><li>Provide grades and feedback to students in a timely manner. </li><li>Respond to email correspondence from Deans, Coordinators, and students in a timely manner. </li><li>Use the Learning Management System (CANVAS) appropriately for all classes. </li><li>Utilize advising software (CRM Advise) to identify student issues and alert support offices within the university in a timely manner. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>The successful applicant must hold an earned Master's Degree in Business or a related field.
