We're a remote-first company that values initiative, transparency, and support - a place where SDRs can grow with clear expectations and strong team alignment.</p> <p>We're hiring an Outbound SDR to help us drive pipeline across strategic enterprise accounts. This role is ideal for someone with 1+ years of SaaS SDR experience who's ready to level up - partnering with experienced AEs, targeting senior buyers, and learning how enterprise deals are really done.</p> <p>This isn't an entry-level role. You'll thrive here if you've prospected into complex orgs, worked with tools like Outreach, Salesforce, and ZoomInfo, and want to be part of a team that's smart, scrappy, and collaborative.</p> <p>You'll sharpen your craft, gain exposure to enterprise sales strategy and executive buyers, and do it all alongside a team that's known for top-tier coaching, support, and camaraderie.</p> <p>We're looking for someone local to Pacific or Mountain Time.</p> <p>What you'll do:</p> <ul> <li>Drive outbound pipeline through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and strategic campaigns </li><li>Collaborate with AEs on account plans, multithreading, and prospecting strategy </li><li>Leverage Outreach, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and AI tools like ChatGPT to operate efficiently and creatively </li><li>Identify and engage Director-, VP-, and C-level buyers across security, privacy, and data teams </li><li>Represent BigID at industry events and field programs, helping convert in-person interest into pipeline </li><li>Stay sharp on industry trends, buyer pain points, and BigID's unique value </li><li>Book high-quality meetings that lead to real pipeline and revenue impact </li><li>Contribute to a strong, collaborative culture where we learn from each other and win together </li></ul> <p>What you'll bring:</p> <ul> <li>1+ years in a SaaS SDR or BDR role, ideally targeting enterprise buyers </li><li>Proven success engaging senior stakeholders through outbound prospecting </li><li>Experience using modern sales tools (Outreach, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, etc.) </li><li>Strong communication and writing skills - clear, curious, and value-led </li><li>A competitive, resilient mindset with a desire to constantly improve </li><li>Excitement about cybersecurity, AI, and joining a company that's defining a category </li><li>Ambition to grow into a closing role - and the hustle to earn it </li></ul> <p>Our Values:</p> <p>We look for people who embody our values - Care, Do, Try & Shine.</p> <ul> <li>Care - We care about our customers and each other </li><li>Do - We do what it takes to make a positive impact </li><li>Try - We try our best and we don't give up </li><li>Shine - We shine and make it our mission to always stand out </li></ul> <p>The annual base salary range is $60,000 - $70,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. Salary is just one component of our Compensation Philosophy.
