Joy is the job.</p> <p>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:</p> <ul> <li>Open availability Monday-Sunday. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and all holidays. </li><li>Must have prior Management skills or a minimum of two years of lead experience in a workplace. </li><li>Will need to know, or be open in train, in all operations of the bakery; including but not limited to: crafting, frosting, baking, utility, and store ordering. </li><li>Must be willing to help plan and execute events and sales opportunities outside store hours. </li><li>The Assistant Manager position is in charge of employee schedules, training, ordering and maintaining retail and FOH Impressions/Seasonal Guide, helping with marketing, donations, and answering business and customer emails, as all as all other roles of management. </li><li>The Assistant Manager must be willing to comply with store policies and business culture. </li><li>The Assistant Manager must be willing to jump into any role to help maintain the flow of everyday operations in the bakery daily. </li></ul>
