Together, we enable the next generation of digital technology.</p> <p>Customer Service Representative (CSR)</p> <p>Responsible for delivering exceptional service to customers by addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner. They act as a bridge between the company and its clients, ensuring smooth communication and fostering strong customer relationships. This involves promptly resolving issues, facilitating solutions, and providing insights into company products and services.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <p>Responding to customer inquiries and providing information about products and services.</p> <ul> <li>Handling and resolving customer complaints and issues. </li><li>Processing orders, payments, and returns. </li><li>Reviewing customer accounts and making necessary adjustments. </li><li>Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken. </li><li>Directing customers to appropriate departments or supervisors when needed. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Need :</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of five (5) years of experience in technical customer service roles. Preferably semiconductor or IP (intellectual property) industry </li><li>Competent knowledge of order flows for electronic components, ASICS, and IP on Oracle/NetSuite will be advantageous </li><li>Must have knowledge of managing order processes in Oracle/NetSuite </li><li>A strong team member, who is confident working within a collaborative team environment </li><li>Ability to work both effectively independently and harmoniously with a team. </li><li>Independent, result-oriented and self-motivated </li><li>Possess execellent interpersonal and communication skills </li><li>Fluent in English </li></ul> <p>We have a flexible work environment to support and help employees thrive in personal and professional capacities.</p> <p>Salary and Benefits</p> <p>Your contribution will be recognized with a base salary within the range of $100k to $120k anually as It is influenced by your qualifications, experience, location, and the internal equity of our team to ensure fairness and consistency across roles.
