<p>POSITION SUMMARY</p> <p>We're looking for a forward-thinking Digital Design Manager (BIM/VDC) to lead our growing Busbar team in Anderson. In this role, you'll drive the digital delivery strategy for our projects leading and developing a team of talented BIM Coordinators focused on developing high-precision 3D models and 2D shop drawings for busbar systems. You'll mentor and support the team while also being hands-on with tools like Revit, Navisworks (or Revizto), and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) to ensure high-quality, coordinated deliverables. You'll collaborate cross-functionally, organize and lead milestone reviews, and maintain oversight across the project lifecycle making sure we hit deadlines, meet specs, and push digital excellence every step of the way.</p> <p>RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Lead & Develop Talent </li><li>Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of Revit Coordinators. </li></ul> <p>Provide ongoing training, conduct performance reviews, and foster a collaborative, high-performance</p> <p>culture.</p> <ul> <li>Oversee Digital Design Execution </li><li>Own the end-to-end execution of 3D models and 2D documentation using Revit, Navisworks (or </li></ul> <p>Revizto), and ACC.</p> <ul> <li>Ensure deliverables meet quality standards, project specifications, and deadlines. </li><li>Coordinate Cross-Discipline Integration </li><li>Lead BIM coordination for busbar layouts within multi-disciplinary models. </li><li>Identify and resolve design clashes and discrepancies in partnership with engineering, project </li></ul> <p>management, and construction teams.</p> <ul> <li>Ensure Project & Model Accuracy </li><li>Review and approve BIM outputs, ensuring accuracy in BOMs, drawings, and models. </li><li>Trck and communicate changes to technical engineering and project teams. </li><li>Drive Standards & Best Practices </li><li>Enforce and educate team on established product line modeling and documentation standards. </li><li>Organize and lead model reviews, project check-ins, and QA/QC milestones. </li><li>Promote Collaboration & Communication. </li><li>Act as the digital delivery liaison across departments, ensuring clear handoffs, issue resolution, and </li></ul> <p>consistent alignment with project objectives.</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field - or equivalent </li></ul> <p>combination of education and experience.</p> <ul> <li>Associate's degree plus significant industry experience may be considered in lieu of a 4-year degree. </li><li>5+ years of experience in BIM/VDC coordination, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role </li><li>Experience with busbar or modular electrical systems preferred. </li><li>Applicable experience with Revit MEP, AutoCAD or Navisworks. </li><li>Knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) required. </li><li>Knowledgeable regarding industry standards for drawing creation/best practices </li><li>Aptitude for problem-solving. </li><li>Strong communication skills to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization. </li><li>Display a proactive flexible approach to working within a team environment. </li><li>Driven individual who is result oriented </li></ul> <p>TIME TRAVEL REQUIRED</p> <ul> <li>Up to 10% required </li></ul> <p>The successful candidate will embrace Vertiv's Core Principals & Behaviors to help execute our Strategic Priorities.</p> <p>OUR CORE PRINCIPALS: Safety.
