We will accomplish this by focusing on Safety, Integrity, and Teamwork.</p> <p>TITLE:</p> <p>Regional Vice President - Motor Coach Charter Operations</p> <p>LOCATION:</p> <p>Greater Elkhart, Indiana</p> <p>REPORTS TO:</p> <p>COO - Commercial Services Division</p> <p>EMPLOYMENT TYPE:</p> <p>Full Time, Exempt</p> <p>POSITION SUMMARY:</p> <p>GO Riteway is seeking a strategic and results-driven Regional Vice President to lead our Commercial Services operations across Indiana, Ohio, and Michigan. This executive-level role is responsible for full P&L oversight, strategic business development, and operational excellence throughout the region.</p> <p>The Regional Vice President will provide visionary leadership to regional teams, ensuring high standards of service, safety, and customer satisfaction. This role requires a proven leader with a strong background in sales and operations management, capable of aligning regional execution with corporate strategy while driving profitable growth.</p> <p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Strategic Leadership & Execution</p> </li><li> <p>Lead regional commercial operations across Indiana, Ohio, and Michigan to ensure cohesive execution of company standards and processes.</p> </li><li> <p>Align regional performance with corporate goals, driving profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and implement strategies that ensure regulatory compliance, particularly with DOT and safety requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Sales & Growth Development</p> </li><li> <p>Lead sales growth initiatives by identifying new business opportunities and expanding services with existing clients.</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee regional pricing strategies and market expansion efforts, including potential new facility developments.</p> </li><li> <p>Cultivate and maintain senior-level relationships with key regional customers and stakeholders.</p> </li><li> <p>Operational Excellence</p> </li><li> <p>Drive accountability among leadership teams for operational metrics such as schedule efficiency, fleet utilization, and contract performance.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with regional maintenance leaders to ensure fleet reliability and minimize downtime.</p> </li><li> <p>Optimize staffing, scheduling, and customer service management for maximum efficiency.</p> </li><li> <p>Team Leadership & Culture</p> </li><li> <p>Champion a high-performance culture rooted in continuous improvement, safety, and employee development.</p> </li><li> <p>Coach and develop regional managers to foster engagement, retention, and professional growth.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure consistent communication, collaboration, and alignment across operational teams.</p> </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES:</p> <ul> <li>Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams with an emphasis on strategic execution and employee engagement. </li><li>Sales Acumen: Strong track record in sales management, account growth, and market expansion. </li><li>Customer Focus: A commitment to delivering superior service and building lasting client relationships. </li><li>Operational Expertise: Understanding of commercial transportation operations, compliance, and optimization strategies would be a plus. </li><li>Analytical Skills: Ability to assess performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies. </li><li>Change Management: Experienced in driving organizational change and fostering adaptability. </li><li>Conflict Resolution: Skilled in resolving disputes and fostering positive team dynamics. </li><li>Education: Bachelor's Degree required. </li><li>Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in sales and operations, preferably in the transportation or service-based industries. </li></ul> <p>EOE of Minorities/Females/Vets/Disability</p> <p>We Go the Extra Mile!</p>
