<p>Hugg & Hall Equipment Company is looking for someone with excellent organizational and communication skills to join our team as a TRAINING ADMINISTRATOR. We are a full-service equipment company specializing in industrial and construction equipment since 1956. More information about us can be found below or on our website at www.hugghall.com.</p> <p>ABOUT THE POSITION</p> <p>The Training Administrator functions as part of the Training/Safety team and is responsible for supporting the efficient administration of company training and external operator training.</p> <p>In this role, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Perform Training Program Administrative Duties for all Divisions through coordination or training scheduling, issuance of vendor Pos and processing vendor invoicing, assisting with customer inquiries and billing </li><li>Manage Travel Account and Programs through coordinating airfare, lodging and car rentals, managing communications to employees traveling for training, and establishing and managing Direct Billing accounts </li><li>Maintenance of Operator Training Records through updating various systems and programs and producing certification materials </li></ul> <p>COMPENSATION/BENEFITS</p> <ul> <li>Competitive Compensation </li><li>Insurance (Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance and several supplemental benefits) </li><li>Generous PTO Plan </li><li>Paid Holidays </li><li>401k with company match </li></ul> <p>REQUIREMENTS</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 1 year of clerical experience </li><li>Excellent organizational skills </li><li>Strong communication and customer service skills </li></ul> <p>SKILLS THAT WILL SET YOU UP FOR SUCCESS MAY INCLUDE:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision </li><li>Ability to accomplish duties with accuracy and timeliness </li><li>Ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities </li></ul> <p>RELATED EXPERIENCE MAY INCLUDE: Training Coordinator, Travel Coordinator, Customer Service Representative</p> <p>PHYSICAL DEMANDS/ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS</p> <p>This position is in an indoor office environment with a controlled climate.</p> <p>This position requires sitting at a computer desk for extended periods of time with use of a computer keyboard.</p> <p>This position will continuously talk, hear, and read in verbal and written communication.</p> <p>This position will continuously use hands to type.</p> <p>ABOUT US:</p> <p>Hugg & Hall Equipment Company is a full-service equipment dealer headquartered in Little Rock, Arkansas, since 1956.
