<p>Location:  6005 Parks & Recreation/Cemetery </p> <p>Pay Grade:  A00</p> <p>FLSA Status:  Non-exempt</p> <p>This position is responsible for assisting in the maintenance of the city cemetery.</p> <p>This position works 30 to 40 hours per week between the hours of 7:00 am and 4:00 pm.</p> <ul> <li>This position performs duties deemed to be "safety-sensitive" and is therefore subjected to random drug testing under the City's policies* </li><li>Assist with the placing of monuments </li><li>Mark plots for burials </li><li>Assist in funeral services, direct traffic, set up equipment, place flowers on grave site </li><li>Assist in the maintenance of cemetery records </li><li>Mow grass and operate a weed eater, fill in sunken grave sites, place sod or sow seed, spray herbicides </li><li>Set monuments and markers, straighten monuments and markers </li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned </li><li>16 years of age or more </li><li>Ability to read, write and perform mathematical calculations </li><li>No experience required </li><li>Possession of or ability to readily obtain a valid driver's license issued by the State of Oklahoma for the type of vehicle or equipment operated </li></ul>
