If you have any questions about this position or the recruitment process, please contact Tracy Haggerty at 608.824.5342 or via email to tracy.haggerty@etcconnect.com</p> <p>Representative Responsibilities:</p> <p>Monitors component inventory and performs cycle counting duties to ensure that materials are properly verified & reflective of reported inventory</p> <p>Assist Planning, Production, Engineering and Customer Service in locating materials</p> <p>Cycle counting materials in manufacturing departments daily by using SAP reports to determine priority</p> <p>Counting and organizing overstock</p> <p>Counting other inventories when assigned (VMI inventory, low usage inventory, bulk/expensed inventory)</p> <p>Moving materials in and out of Manufacturing departments based off usage.</p> <p>Setting up new material in departments.</p> <p>Cycle count materials based on the ABC grouping system which will be monitored by the Inventory Control Manager and/or Purchasing Manager.</p> <p>Create and process cycle count sheets in SAP</p> <p>Research inventory discrepancies and submit accurate inventory and bin location reports.</p> <p>Assist in determining root causes on inventory discrepancies and help implement corrective actions to eliminate repetitive errors.</p> <p>Responsible for answering CS, Planning, Production and Engineering inquiries in a timely manner.</p> <p>Assist all Stockroom, Shipping, and/or other Manufacturing departments in locating materials.</p> <p>Assist in updating Material Master for materials in SAP.</p> <p>Monitors location accuracy Adheres to safety standards at all times</p> <p>Abides by safety procedures, work practice controls, and OSHA guidelines</p> <p>Wears personal protective equipment when required</p> <p>Maintains a clean and organized work environment</p> <p>Backs up Inventory Control Specialists as needed</p> <p>Special projects and requests are completed in a timely and positive fashion.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <p>High school diploma or its equivalent (GED)</p> <p>2 years previous work experience in an inventory related job dealing with cycle counts, work orders and stockroom receiving</p> <p>Knowledge of basic receiving procedures and practices</p> <p>Computer skills</p> <p>Good oral communication skills</p> <p>Strong attention to detail</p> <p>Demonstrated organizational skills</p> <p>Able to operate a pallet jack</p> <p>Able to lift up to 50 pounds</p> <p>Able to work independently and as part of a team</p>
