<p>Apply</p> <p>Job Type</p> <p>Full-time</p> <p>Description</p> <p>TITLE: Commercial Loan Associate</p> <p>JOB FAMILY: Credit Administration</p> <p>DEPARTMENT: Credit Administration</p> <p>PAY GRADE & FLSA: 5, Non-Exempt</p> <p>JOB SUMMARY:</p> <p>The Commercial Loan Associate will be responsible for performing duties to assist with the processing and servicing of bank loans, including processing paid out loan documentation, calling on new and expired insurance, tracking of real estate tax payments, and scanning loan documentation into the system.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Review verification and management of real estate tax payments. </li><li>Verify new and expired insurance to obtain policies. </li><li>Assist with paid out loan documentation. </li><li>Support Loan Administration department with needs and research, as needed. </li><li>Ensure all managed systems meet all regulatory and compliance requirements. </li><li>Maintain confidential customer information and follow proper procedures for safekeeping of customer information and loan files. </li><li>Take ownership of projects; research, gather data, evaluate, prepare reports, and implement timely. </li><li>Collaborate with the Loan Administration department and serve as backup for assigned tasks and projects. </li><li>Comply with all company or regulatory policies, procedures and requirements applicable to this position. </li><li>Foster and preserve a culture of inclusion. </li><li>Additional duties and responsibilities may be required to support the company's mission, vision and values. </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent required. </li><li>Minimum two to three years in loan administration or similar process. </li><li>Capability to utilize various banking software and Microsoft 365 products, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. </li><li>Strong problem solving and conflict resolution capabilities. </li><li>Ability to interpret, analyze, and communicate financial information effectively to a wide range of clients and audiences. </li><li>Strong analytical skills. </li><li>Strong organizational skills. </li><li>Strong time management skills with capability to meet deadlines. </li><li>Strong interpersonal and written communication skills. </li><li>Thorough understanding of banking services, customers, procedures, and policies. </li></ul> <p>WORKING CONDITIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Duties performed in a professional office environment. </li></ul> <p>At Guaranty Bank we are committed to fostering and preserving a culture of inclusion and strongly believe that it's our differences - of all kinds - that make our company and our communities better and stronger.</p> <p>Guaranty Bank. is an equal opportunity employer.
