<p>Overview:</p> <p>$18 / hour</p> <p>As the seasonal Events & Execution Assistant, you'll coordinate and execute all Group Sales and Sponsorship events, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional client experiences. You'll be the vital link between clients, sales teams, and park departments, delivering unforgettable events and supporting sponsorship activations. Deliver memorable group experiences by...</p> <ul> <li>Collaborating with the Area Manager of Events & Execution to manage client, sales, and park communications for Group Sales events. </li><li>Leading day-of event execution for corporate outings, youth programs, and other group events, managing support teams and addressing client needs. </li><li>Ensuring accurate event orders, catering arrangements, billing, and data entry in collaboration with sales support staff. </li><li>Supporting onsite sponsorship activations, ensuring in-park visibility aligns with national and regional agreements, and provide event documentation for recaps. </li><li>Serving as the central communication hub between clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver top-tier experiences. </li><li>Traveling to assist with events at other park locations as needed. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum age of 16. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Windows. </li><li>Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus. </li><li>Strong time management, problem-solving, and attention to detail. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Friendly, outgoing personality and customer service experience. </li><li>Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs. </li></ul> <p>Ability to pass a drug test and background check if 18 or older.</p> <ul> <li>Other Requirements: </li><li>Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds. </li><li>Frequently sitting, standing, bending, and grasping. </li><li>Typing speed of 40 words per minute with 90% accuracy. </li><li>Valid driver's license for golf cart operation. </li></ul>
