This role offers career growth, skill development, and the chance to impact over 70 million digital customers.</p> <p>As a Quant Analytics Vice President within the Digital Analytics team, you will bridge analytic and non-analytic groups, fostering cross-functional learning. Collaborate with stakeholders to leverage data insights and drive innovation across the Data & Analytics community. You will design, plan, and execute analytics projects to meet evolving business needs, optimizing Chase Digital platforms and developing deep domain knowledge in financial services.</p> <p>Work closely with Product, Strategy, Technology, Design, and Data Science teams to align the analytics roadmap with strategic priorities. Innovate solutions to key business questions and conduct proactive analysis leading to actionable recommendations for business partners.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead the design and execution of analytics and experiments for customer-facing AI/ML models. </li><li>Generate data insights to enhance experimentation, real-time data integration, and personalization goals. </li><li>Strategically develop and implement analytical plans to meet diverse business needs. </li><li>Rapidly develop hypotheses and prioritize key insights for senior leadership. </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics with strategic priorities. </li><li>Innovate solutions using existing or new data assets. </li><li>Conduct proactive analysis for actionable recommendations. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:</p> <ul> <li>7+ years of related experience in digital, customer, marketing, or sales analytics. </li><li>Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; advanced degree preferred. </li><li>Proven thought leader in analytics with strong problem-solving skills. </li><li>Ability to define business KPIs and design controlled experiments (A/B testing). </li><li>Proficient in data science tools, including SQL and Adobe Analytics. </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills to align diverse views and lead teams. </li><li>Excellent communication skills for conveying complex information to executives. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Experience with Tableau, Alteryx, Split.io, Snowflake, and AWS. </li><li>Financial services experience preferred, but not required. </li><li>Relocation assistance is not available for this role. </li></ul>
