New grads who who did clinical rotation at inpatient rehab are welcome to apply. </li><li>Must be able to function well within a team concept of rehabilitation professionals. </li><li>Flexibility, exceptional clinical reasoning skills, and excellent communication skills are essential. </li></ul> <p>Enhanced weekend track rate: $56.10</p> <p>Pay Range for non-weekend track: $35.85-$45.96 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
