<p>32118</p> <p>Full Time</p> <p>We are seeking an energetic, responsible intern to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs of our daily routines and procedures while utilizing gained educational knowledge and experience.</p> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Assist with producing weekly and monthly eCommerce Business Reviews </li><li>Create ad-hoc reports to better understand our business </li><li>Align and ensure key product pushes and launches are tied to marketing calendar </li><li>Special Projects: Support eCommerce manager on new projects and ad-hoc tasks </li><li>Help support product and content launch calendars to ensure consistent experience. </li><li>Assist with site merchandising and content updates daily based on inventory, marketing calendar, key launches, and overall Merchandising Guidelines </li><li>Assist in user experience (UX) A/B testing </li><li>Assist in the development and execution of departmental web strategy </li><li>Assist in the creation and maintenance of product collections for promotions and home page ad placements </li><li>Assist in executing strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals and recommendations </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Good research and analytical skills </li><li>Knowledge of copywriting and editing </li><li>Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail </li></ul> <p>Minimum Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Must be detail oriented </li><li>Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally </li><li>Must have the ability to collaborate with a team and contribute to insights </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands:</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to look at computer monitors for 8 hours a day </li><li>Must have the ability to use hands and fingers. Using them to type, manage copiers and/or printers. </li><li>Must be able to exert up to at least 10 lbs. of force occasionally. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment:</p> <p>This job is done in a traditional office environment.
