<p>Build the Tools That Shape the Automotive Industry</p> <p>Join the ArtiFlex Manufacturing team - where your craftsmanship directly supports the production of high-quality tooling and dies for leading automotive customers. We're looking for an experienced Tool & Die Maker on Night Shift to join us and play a critical role in building new tooling.</p> <p>What ArtiFlex Diemakers do:</p> <ul> <li>Assemble and Tryout medium to large transfer dies for new tooling programs. </li><li>Ensure tooling meets dimensional and functional requirements. </li><li>Implement Engineering changes and ensure accurate updates to dies throughout the process. </li><li>Read and interpret blueprints, CAD data, and job orders to plan builds and modifications. </li><li>Inspect, troubleshoot, and refine dies for optimal performance. </li><li>Work closely with Engineering, Production, and Program Management to meet deadlines and quality standards. </li></ul> <p>What a skilled Diemaker should bring:</p> <ul> <li>Tool & Die Journeyman card preferred. </li><li>4-5 years of experience building and troubleshooting metal stamping dies. </li><li>Strong understanding of die construction, fit, finish, and surface quality-especially for Class A panels. </li><li>Proficiency in blueprint reading and precision measurement. </li><li>Excellent mechanical problem-solving and attention to detail. </li></ul> <p>Shift: This role is supporting our Night Shift operations.
