We are a collaborative group that values creativity, innovation, and forward-thinking approaches in all aspects of employee engagement and talent development.</p> <p>How you'll contribute</p> <p>An Organizational Development Partner who excels in this role:</p> <ul> <li>Drives initiatives to enhance employee experience and engagement across the organization. </li><li>Partners with leaders to identify organizational development needs and implement tailored interventions. </li><li>Leads culture and engagement surveys, and develops change management strategies, including communications and training. </li><li>Facilitates cultural transformation efforts and builds tools for HR Business Partners to improve employee experience. </li><li>Utilizes innovative technologies to improve organizational effectiveness. </li><li>Measures the success of OD initiatives through performance, retention, and engagement metrics. </li><li>Provides leadership coaching to strengthen manager capabilities. </li><li>Supports joint efforts with cross-functional teams and hospital leaders to align initiatives with operational goals. </li><li>Prepares and delivers presentations and facilitates meetings on OD programs. </li><li>Requires moderate overnight travel (up to 25%). </li></ul> <p>Why join us</p> <p>We believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care. Qualifications include:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Organizational Design/Development, Human Resources, or related field required </li><li>Master's degree in Psychology or Organizational Development (preferred) </li><li>Minimum of 7 years of experience in Organizational Development/Effectiveness roles </li><li>Healthcare industry experience is a plus </li><li>PMP, HRPM, CPLP, or CPC certifications (preferred) </li><li>Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills </li><li>Proficiency in business math and technology tools </li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and stakeholder relationships </li></ul> <p>EEOC Statement</p> <p>Lifepoint Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
