<p>Nature of Work</p> <p>Division: Information Technology</p> <p>Office Location: 900 Pennsylvania Avenue, Charleston, WV 25302</p> <p>The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing the following duties:</p> <ul> <li>This position will provide an array of document/imaging support for the Information Technology (IT) division. </li><li>Prepare, scan, index, and verify documents for other WV Offices of the Insurance Commissioner (OIC) divisions and external entities in two imaging systems. </li><li>Fill document requests for requestors, including but not limited to burning CDs, verifying and mailing requested information. </li><li>Handle incoming and outgoing mail for the Document and Imaging (D&I) group. </li><li>Accurately filling form letters and mailing them to document requestors after reviewing and logging file requests. </li><li>Perform basic scanner maintenance and cleaning, as needed. </li><li>Assist external entities with request form questions and opening media files provided through the request process. </li><li>Handle file exchange, both x-ray and images, on the OIC's secure file portal. </li></ul> <p>Click The APPLY Link To Apply Online.</p> <p>IMPORTANT:Your eligibility will be based on information provided in your resume or application; therefore, make sure your resume or application is detailed and complete. To receive an email notice anytime jobs in this or other categories are posted, you may choose to complete aJob Interest Cardfrom the slide-out menu located at the top left of ourJob Opportunitiespage.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <p>Training: Graduation from a standard high school or the equivalent.</p> <p>Experience:Two years of full-time or equivalent part-time paid experience using PC based software such as word processing, database or spreadsheet or in electronic document management imaging or scanning documents.</p> <p>Substitution:Six semester hours of computer science from a regionally accredited college or university or completion of a formal training program in data processing or related field from a business or vocational school may substitute for the experience.</p> <ul> <li>The Division of Personnel uses your complete work history to qualify you for positions.
