We are looking for a dedicated Rehab Svcs Coordinator - Lymphedema Specialist like you to be a part of our team.</p> <p>Job Summary and Qualifications:</p> <p>Full-time licensed OT/PT Lymphedema Specialist to work in our outpatient wound care clinic and on the acute care floors of the hospital.</p> <p>The Lymphedema Specialist will be a valued member of our cancer program, vascular service line and other medical groups. They will work under the general supervision of the Rehab Director or designee and will partner with other care providers including: OT/PT/ST, wound care and other teams, to provide the best care possible to our patients.</p> <p>Depending on census, the therapist may be required to provide therapy services, including evaluations and treatments, to our general patient population on the acute care floors and potentially in the IRF setting.</p> <p>The candidate must be a self-starter with good time management and problem-solving skills. These skills will be necessary for both program development and quality improvement while also providing therapy to our patients.</p> <p>Good communication skills will also be a benefit; to help the candidate market themselves and their services within the hospital and the community.</p> <p>In this role, the candidate will be expected to promote a positive work environment that emphasizes respect to all customers, including patients, families, physicians, and staff both within and outside of the Rehab Department.</p> <p>The incumbent will be encouraged to seek educational opportunities to advance their skills as both a clinician and leader. Outpatient experience preferred.</p> <p>What qualifications you will need:</p> <ul> <li>Utah Licensed Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist from DOLP </li><li>Basic Cardiac Life Support or BCLS </li><li>Bachelors Degree w/graduation prior to 2022, or Masters Degree </li><li>Certification of Lymphedema Therapy (CLT) preferred </li><li>Minimum of three (3) years of PT, OT experience, in acute care or an inpatient rehab setting. Outpatient experience of 2 years recommended </li><li>Previous Lymphedema experience is highly desirable </li></ul> <p>For 150 years, St. Marks Hospital has provided a full-spectrum of healthcare services to Salt Lake City and its surrounding communities.
