Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications and experience.</p> <p>Performs a variety of job duties with maintaining the building for repairs and upkeep. This position requires individuals that have the capability of working independently at times and is a self-starter. They should be able to work with power tools and have some carpentry and plumbing skills. Have basic trouble shooting and problem-solving skills.</p> <p>This position is for the B-shift. 6am - 6:30pm. Sunday-Friday-Saturday</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Must be a self-starter </li><li>Able to use a multimeter to check circuits </li><li>Mechanical repairs </li><li>Work with power tools and have some carpentry and plumbing skills </li><li>Assist other maintenance helpers and technicians </li><li>Maintain the building inside and out </li><li>Performing preventative and predictive maintenance </li><li>Troubleshooting a variety of tasks </li><li>Work in a safe manner by complying with all company safety policies to include the utilization of required PPE </li><li>Maintain a high degree of quality in performance and method with regards to efficiency and safety </li><li>Perform other duties assigned </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements</p> <ul> <li>No previous experience necessary </li><li>Must be PIT certified on all PIT equipment </li><li>Must have the skills necessary to operate basic hand tools </li><li>Must have a valid driver's license </li><li>Ability to lift 50lbs with or without reasonable accommodation </li><li>Ability to work at heights </li></ul> <p>Note: This job description is not all-encompassing, and other responsibilities may be assigned.
