In this role, you'll be working directly with a Slalom Program Lead.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Oversee planning, execution, and finalization of multiple network infrastructure projects </li><li>Manage the deployment of network infrastructure </li><li>Work across various teams including construction, engineering, operations, and vendors </li><li>Ensure quality assurance of delivered product </li><li>Produce weekly/monthly reports </li><li>Understand the client's business challenges to help craft effective solutions that address the needs of our clients to achieve their desired outcomes </li><li>Proactively identify risks and anticipated points of resistance; help develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns </li><li>Work on projects independently and participate as a team member </li><li>Work closely with technical and non-technical teams, coordinating resources and managing risks to ensure smooth project execution </li><li>Develop relationships and build trust </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring</p> <ul> <li>4+ years of experience in program/project management specifically for network infrastructure projects </li><li>Physical infrastructure experience </li><li>Experience working with construction teams </li><li>Ability to go onsite to local and potentially out-of-state build sites several times per month </li><li>The ability to hit the ground running as a Technical Project Manager </li><li>Must be able to work independently </li><li>Classic program/project management skills </li><li>Outstanding verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Ability to develop relationships </li><li>The ability to be a natural business partner and trusted advisor </li><li>A strong sense of urgency, committed to business context and outcomes/value delivered </li><li>Consulting experience preferred </li></ul> <p>About Us</p> <p>Slalom is a fiercely human business and technology consulting company that leads with outcomes to bring more value, in all ways, always.
