Responsibilities WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A COLLEAGUE The turndown attendant is responsible for the nightly turn down of guest's rooms and any special room related request. Operations: Turns down beds and puts in the proper literature according to the in-house status. Makes-up beds as directed by the Front Desk. Cleanliness: Empties wastebaskets, fills ice buckets, closes the blinds, removes soiled linen and places fresh linen in the guest's room, replenishes amenities as needed. Communication: Responds to calls promptly as requested. Cleans other areas, puts away supplies, distributes linens when needed. Support: Helps clean carryovers from day housekeeping staff. Cleans glasses and distribute in all housekeeping designated areas as needed. Qualifications WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL Availability: This is a part-time evening position from 4-10pm, however, schedule may vary- must be available weekdays, weekends and holidays Physical Effort: Work requires regular lifting of objects up to 25 lbs.
