You're what binds us together.</p> <p>Our Marketing team plays a critical role in sharing the Staples story by creating meaningful customer experiences that drive engagement, growth, and loyalty. We bring together data, creativity, and execution excellence to deliver impactful, lifecycle-based marketing campaigns across multiple channels.</p> <p>What you will be doing:</p> <ul> <li>Support the planning and execution of customer marketing campaigns across key customer lifecycle stages </li><li>Partner closely with the Customer Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to deliver coordinated campaigns </li><li>Manage timelines, workflows, dependencies, and deliverables across data, creative, and operational teams </li><li>Execute campaigns across multiple customer touchpoints, including email, direct mail, SMS, seller materials, and onsite placements </li><li>Draft clear and actionable creative briefs; gather feedback, proof materials, and provide final approvals prior to deployment </li><li>Proactively identify and escalate risks that could impact timelines, quality, or budget </li><li>Maintain campaign schedules, execution processes, and documentation </li><li>Leverage program metrics, customer-level data, and insights to measure performance and continuously improve campaign effectiveness </li><li>Communicate campaign plans, progress, and outcomes clearly to internal stakeholders and partners </li></ul> <p>What You Bring to the Table:</p> <ul> <li>Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail </li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and functions </li><li>Comfort working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment </li></ul> <p>What's needed: Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Project Management, or a related field </li><li>2+ years of experience in customer marketing, campaign management, project management, or related marketing operations roles </li><li>Experience coordinating creative development from brief through execution </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Background in customer lifecycle marketing </li><li>Experience supporting test-and-learn marketing environments and data-driven decision making </li></ul> <p>We Offer:</p> <ul> <li>Inclusive culture with associate-led Business Resource Groups </li><li>Flexible PTO (22 days) and Holiday Schedule (7 observed paid holidays) </li><li>Online and Retail Discounts, Company Match 401(k), Physical and Mental Health Wellness programs, and more! </li></ul> <p>Staples is an Equal Opportunity Employer who values the diversity of our people, products, and services.
