<p>Join FlynnO'Hara Uniforms - A Leader in the School Uniform Industry for Over 50 Years!</p> <p>We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our Order Fulfillment team. This role is essential to our daily operations and will play a critical part in ensuring that our merchandise is received, processed, stored, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.</p> <p>About the Role: As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day functions of our warehouse, manage a team of associates, and ensure efficient inventory management and compliance with safety protocols. Our operation spans across three buildings, so the ideal candidate must be comfortable working cross-functionally across departments as needed.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Daily Operations: Supervise warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping products. </li><li>Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular audits, and ensure proper stock handling and storage. </li><li>Team Leadership: Manage, train, and support warehouse staff to maintain high performance and safety standards. </li><li>Safety Compliance: Enforce company safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment. </li><li>Logistics Coordination: Monitor the flow of goods, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and delivered on schedule. </li><li>Performance Monitoring: Track key metrics and implement improvements to optimize warehouse efficiency. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Experience: Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution setting. </li><li>Education: High school diploma or GED required; a degree in logistics, business, or a related field is a plus. </li><li>Technical Skills: Proficiency in warehouse management systems and basic computer applications, including Excel.
