<p>Position Summary:</p> <p>The Admissions Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the sales and marketing efforts of Morning Pointe Senior Living. This position will coordinate all aspects of the move-in process to ensure a smooth transition for new residents. Additionally assisting with marketing initiatives, event planning, and outreach.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Support occupancy goals by effectively coordinating move-ins, move-outs, and transfers. </li><li>Guide new residents and their families through the move-in process, ensuring a seamless transition. </li><li>Work closely with the Community Relations Director to ensure all required paperwork is completed before a resident moves in. </li><li>Ensure all resident information is accurately entered into the CRM or Resident Management System. </li><li>Collaborate with the Maintenance Director to oversee refurbishing, cleaning, and inspecting of suites before moving in. </li><li>Communicate new residents' individual needs and requirements to the appropriate departments. </li><li>Assist with marketing and clerical tasks as requested, providing backup support for tours, phone inquiries, and other internal marketing efforts under the direction of the Community Relations Director. </li><li>Plan and execute events that engage families and prospective residents. </li><li>Serve as a liaison between the community and external organizations such as churches and senior centers to foster relationships and community partnerships. </li><li>Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to company policies and safety guidelines. </li><li>Uphold professionalism and a positive attitude while interacting with residents, families, visitors, and coworkers. </li><li>Attend all required team meetings and in-service training sessions. </li><li>Adhere to Residents' Rights as defined by state regulations and company policy. </li><li>Support and uphold the company's service philosophy and all other policies. </li><li>Maintain reliable and predictable attendance. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications & Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Previous experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or a related field is preferred. </li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills. </li><li>Associate's degree preferred </li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and departments. </li><li>Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM or resident management systems is a plus. </li><li>Passion for working with seniors and providing excellent customer service. </li></ul> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to sit, stand, bend, lift, push, pull, stoop, walk, and move intermittently </li></ul> <p>During working hours</p> <ul> <li>Must practice regular and dependable attendance. </li><li>Must be able to concentrate and use reasoning skills and judgment. </li><li>Ability to work on tight deadlines. </li><li>Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. </li></ul> <p>Specific Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Must be able to work on multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. </li><li>Must be detail oriented. </li></ul>
