We are looking for a General Maintenance Worker (GMW).</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma/GED preferred. </li><li>Must have 2 years of recent experience as a General Maintenance Worker. </li><li>Must be a US or Naturalized Citizen. </li><li>Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. </li><li>Must have a valid driver's license and be able to operate a motor vehicle. </li><li>Must be able to push, pull and/or lift 70 lbs. </li><li>Clear and effective written and communication skills. </li><li>Must be able to flex in the event of emergencies. </li><li>Must be able to pass a background check, drug screen and physical. </li></ul> <p>Roles/Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Replace electrical receptacles, wires, bulbs, ballast, switches, fixtures, and motors. </li><li>Use plaster or compound to patch minor holes and cracks in walls and ceilings. </li><li>Repair or replacing sinks, water coolers, and toilets. </li><li>Paint structures and equipment. </li><li>Repair or replace concrete floors, steps, and sidewalks. </li><li>Replace damaged paneling and floor tiles. </li><li>Hang doors and install door locks. </li><li>Perform Preventive Maintenance on exhaust fans, emergency lighting, HVAC equipment, water coolers, pumps, and facility operating equipment. </li><li>Performing general maintenance on equipment and facility infrastructure. </li><li>Crawl under and work on the topside of buildings as needed to make repairs. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>We invest in the lives of our employees, both in and out of the workplace, by providing competitive pay and benefits packages.
