This allows us to take a comprehensive, holistic approach to improving the lives of every person we serve - those who receive and those who reap the benefits of our innovative, responsive solutions.</p> <p>Location: Upper Darby, PA</p> <p>Pay Rate: Starting at $33.00+/hour</p> <p>Schedule: Part-Time (Potential to lead to Full-Time)</p> <p>Program: Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS)</p> <p>About the Role</p> <p>As a Behavior Consultant within our IBHS program, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and overseeing behavior support services. Under the guidance of a Clinical Coordinator, you'll provide assessments, develop behavior management plans, and collaborate with families, schools, and treatment team members to drive lasting change.</p> <p>We welcome:</p> <ul> <li>Fully licensed Behavior Specialists, and </li><li>Unlicensed LBS/BSL candidates with a Master's degree, provided LBS or BSL certification is obtained/maintained as required. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Do</p> <p>Clinical Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and comprehensive client evaluations </li><li>Develop and oversee individualized behavior management and treatment plans </li><li>Provide mobile, community-based behavioral services in accordance with IBHS and best-practice standards </li><li>Deliver crisis assessment and stabilization services when needed </li><li>Collect and analyze outcome data (e.g., CBCL, ATEC) for re-authorizations and treatment planning </li><li>Provide consultation and clinical guidance to: </li><li>Behavior Health Technicians (BHTs) </li><li>Parents, caregivers, teachers, and family members </li></ul> <p>Documentation & Compliance</p> <ul> <li>Maintain timely, high-quality clinical documentation (progress notes, treatment plans, discharge summaries) </li><li>Ensure accurate payroll and billing submissions </li><li>Support service authorizations and re-authorizations with required documentation </li><li>Meet all Department of Human Services training requirements (16 hours annually) </li></ul> <p>Collaboration & Supervision</p> <ul> <li>Participate in monthly individual supervision (minimum 1 hour) </li><li>Attend required staff and program meetings </li><li>Provide case consultation and supervision support as applicable </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li> <p>Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, Counseling, or a closely related field</p> </li><li> <p>Degree must be from an accredited U.S. institution or evaluated foreign equivalent</p> </li><li> <p>At least one year of full-time experience providing mental or behavioral health services to children, youth, or young adults</p> </li><li> <p>Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Will consider unlicensed candidates with a Master's degree who possess or are eligible for BSL or LBS certification</p> </li><li> <p>Acceptable credentials include: LBS, BSL, MSW, or LPC</p> </li><li> <p>Clearances: PA Child Abuse Clearance, PA Criminal History Clearance, FBI Fingerprinting, Verification of non-exclusion from Medicaid/Medicare programs</p> </li></ul> <p>Why Join Chimes?</p> <p>Total Rewards (For Full-Time Employees = >30 hours/week):</p> <ul> <li>Competitive Pay </li><li>Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance </li><li>Tuition Reimbursement options </li><li>Flexible Spending Accounts (Health, Dependent, and Transportation) </li><li>Life Insurance </li><li>Disability Insurance </li><li>Paid Time Off </li><li>403(b) with Employer Match </li><li>Employee Recognition Programs </li><li>Employee Referral Bonus opportunities </li><li>Discounts through "Tickets at Work" </li><li>And More! </li></ul> <p>Want to learn more?</p> <p>To learn more about Chimes, and how you can achieve personal and professional growth within a purpose-driven organization, visit us at: https://chimes.org/Careers.</p> <p>#cpa610</p>
