<p>Database Admin (DB2 / Postgres / SQL Server)</p> <ul> <li>Architect, deploy, and maintain SQL/Postgres/DB2 databases across production and development environments </li><li>Design, implement and document new solutions utilizing best practice technologies </li><li>Act as a point of escalation for incidents/changes/requests </li><li>Manage SQL/PostGres/DB2 Server databases </li><li>Configure and maintain database servers and processes </li><li>Monitor system's health and performance </li><li>Ensure high levels of performance, availability, sustainability and security </li><li>Understand the DB related issues and help them resolved </li><li>Communicate with LOB and design and implement the solution, as required </li><li>Analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time </li><li>Provide suggestions for solutions </li><li>Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes </li><li>Assist developers with query tuning and schema refinement </li><li>Provide support for critical production systems </li><li>Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities after hours </li><li>Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience). </li><li>2-4 years of experience in desktop support or engineering. </li><li>Knowledge of ITIL practices and service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow). </li><li>Windows server experience a plus </li></ul> <p>Salary Range- $80,000-$85,000 a year</p> <p>#LI-SP3</p> <p>#LI-VX1</p>
