We provide vital support during life's most challenging moments, helping individuals heal, grow, and thrive.</p> <p>We're Hiring!</p> <p>We are seeking an Accounting Manager - Revenue Operations to join our team. This position is responsible for the overall management of the Revenue Operations team.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with finance and program leadership to oversee and strengthen Accounts Receivable and revenue operations that support the delivery of services across the agency's mission-driven programs. </li><li>Oversee accounts receivable, grants and contracts receivable, medical billing, invoicing, and manual journal entries. </li><li>Supervise, develop, and mentor the Revenue Operations team. </li><li>Develop and maintain systems that ensure the accuracy, timely processing, and confidentiality of financial information and related reporting. </li><li>Facilitate the allocation of shared costs to agency programs. </li><li>Maintain readiness to support both scheduled and unscheduled audits by promptly presenting relevant documents, reports, and supporting materials related to assigned responsibilities. </li><li>Present a professional, positive, leadership influence within the agency and the Accounting Team. </li><li>Recommend and participate in the development of systems and procedures that support and impact the financial accountability of the agency. </li><li>Utilize accounting software to design, implement, and maintain automated financial reporting systems that deliver timely summaries and predictive forecasting insights to agency leadership. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>Required: Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance </li><li>Preferred: CMA and/or CPA </li></ul> <p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Required:</p> </li><li> <p>5+ years' accounting experience</p> </li><li> <p>1+ years' professional supervisory experience</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), with the ability to apply standard accounting processes and procedures in a not-for-profit environment</p> </li><li> <p>Preferred:</p> </li><li> <p>2 years of experience in not-for-profit accounting</p> </li></ul> <p>Skills and Competencies:</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrates confident and constructive leadership when assuming authority and guiding team decisions. </li><li>Effectively manages multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. </li><li>Self-driven and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. </li><li>Applies strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and recommend process improvements. </li><li>Builds positive relationships and communicates effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels. </li><li>Maintains a high level of accuracy and organization, with keen attention to detail. </li><li>Valid Wisconsin Driver's License with reliable personal vehicle.
