<p>Job Description</p> <p>This role is based in our Boston, MA Office.</p> <p>Informa TechTarget is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our Portfolio Sales organization. In this key role, you'll provide essential pre-sales support, collaborating with multiple departments to drive successful sales initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a strong sales support mindset.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Develop a comprehensive understanding of TechTarget's products and pricing by working closely with various pre-sales and post-sales departments.</p> </li><li> <p>Request campaign inventory and collaborate with internal teams to get program parameters in place to set forth client recommendations.</p> </li><li> <p>Price out products for proposal components in various formats:</p> </li><li> <p>Develop PowerPoint presentations</p> </li><li> <p>Format details into agency templates (Excel).</p> </li><li> <p>Draft Statements of Work (SOWs) and approve Insertion Orders (IOs), Purchase Orders (POs), and sales contracts.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure programs and proposals are updated in forecasting software as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee and distribute approved Insertion Orders, ensuring proper circulation to relevant teams.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to manage contract bookings, revenue allocation and invoicing needs.</p> </li><li> <p>Act as the primary support for a set of Portfolio Accounts, responding swiftly to needs and aiding in business achieved.</p> </li></ul>
