<p>Job Description:</p> <p>The Education Department at BHCC is seeking adjunct instructors to teach courses focused on Elementary Education. Courses include Intro and Foundations of Education and Intro to Curriculum Development and Instruction. All courses delivered in the evenings (6:00 P.M. and later). Courses delivered in person at the Charlestown Campus or hybrid with a combination of in person meetings at a location in the Everett Public Schools and synchronous/asynchronous online instruction.</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Masters degree in Education or Teaching </li><li>Experience teaching in K-12 public school setting </li><li>Desire to prepare future educators to provide high-quality instruction </li><li>Commitment to helping future educators think critically about how education systems impact students </li></ul> <p>Additional Information:</p> <p>Salary: $1,397.00 per credit hour</p> <p>Applicants who do not meet the qualifications as noted above are encouraged to put in writing precisely how their background and experience has prepared them with the equivalent combination of education, training and experience required for the responsibilities of this position.</p> <p>Please note that as a condition of employment, the final candidate will undergo Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI) and Sex Offender Registry Information (SORI) background screenings in accordance with state regulations.
