Employees can also take advantage of generous benefits and wellness programs that add distinct advantage in its employee compensation.</p> <p>MAIN FUNCTION:</p> <ul> <li>Oversees the daily activity of the billing and coding team and monitors the accounts receivables while holding daily huddles for team to plan. </li><li>Reviews diagnosis and procedure codes for office, outpatient and procedures to insure accurate reimbursement in compliance with local, state and federal regulations using ICD-10-CM, CPT-4 and HCPCS. </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma required </li><li>CPC Certification required </li><li>Bachelors preferred </li><li>CRC & CPMA Certification preferred. </li></ul> <p>EXPERIENCE:</p> <ul> <li>Five or more years' experience in physician coding and healthcare billing industry required. </li></ul>
