We believe that high-performing teams drive groundbreaking medical discoveries and invite all applicants to join us and experience what it means to be part of Mass General Brigham.</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>Summary</p> <p>Responsible for daily time reporting and reconciliation for one or more institutions in the healthcare system.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li>Inputting or updating time records. </li><li>Processing historical time adjustments. </li><li>Supporting HR Leadership on how the system configuration aligns with their pay policy. </li><li>Corresponding with managers requesting time exception adjustments and processing. </li><li>Track all issues and requests in the HR Customer Relations Management (CRM) system. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Education</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or Equivalent required </li><li>Bachelor's Degree in a related field of Study preferred </li></ul> <p>Experience</p> <ul> <li>Benefit administration experience (specifically leaves of absence) </li><li>2-3 years preferred and Experience in, or desire to grow within, human resources </li><li>2-3 years required and Experience with Kronos Time and Attendance application preferred </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</p> <ul> <li> <ul> <li>Strong knowledge of payroll principles, best practices and Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) compliance. </li></ul> </li><li> <ul> <li>Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills. </li></ul> </li><li> <ul> <li>Prioritizes workload, meets deadlines and manages competing priorities under pressure. </li></ul> </li><li> <ul> <li>Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. </li></ul> </li><li> <ul> <li>Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications. </li></ul> </li><li> <ul> <li>Ability to troubleshoot problems within scope of position and to escalate when needed. </li></ul> </li></ul> <p>Additional Job Details (if applicable)</p> <p>Remote Type</p> <p>Remote</p> <p>Work Location</p> <p>399 Revolution Drive</p> <p>Scheduled Weekly Hours</p> <p>40</p> <p>Employee Type</p> <p>Regular</p> <p>Work Shift</p> <p>Day (United States of America)</p> <p>EEO Statement:</p> <p>Mass General Brigham Incorporated is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
